Is it cultured? If so, and since its salted, it might be nice to just eat it on things. Lots of things. Especially if it’s a treat that you won’t likely have again soon. If you bake with it, choose something in which it plays the starring role. Like pound cake. Or sable cookies. Or anything with puff pastry.
